The Barn started life as a hay barn and was used extensively during the period when Mynheer Farm was a working farm.
In 2010, we started the process of renovation. Except for 2 original walls The Barn was completely demolished and re-built to an exacting standard.
Accomodation
The Barn is presented on two main levels: two en-suite bedrooms upstairs, the lounge & dining area downstairs and then the kitchen is down a few steps into what was once a store for milk churns.
Both bedrooms are double with en-suite facilities, have plently of storage and floor-to-ceiling windows. The second bedroom can be presented as a twin bedded room for those guests with families.
Downstairs, set on a solid ash floor, there’s a large dining table and a spacious but cosy lounge area warmed by a wood burner. Just as upstairs the lounge has a floor-to-ceiling window leading out onto the granite patio. An LCD TV, DVD player and HIFI with an iPod dock are accompanied by full central heating and free super-fast Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, washer/dryer, coffee machine and microwave.

Setting
The Barn adjoins the main farm house at Mynheer Farm and boasts exclusive outside space for relaxing and enjoying the fresh Cornish air. The virtually South facing patio is the ideal spot for BBQ’s.
